Gaul Consulting LLC, doing business as Platform Prepared ("we"), provides operating-partner services to dental practices. This policy covers our website (platformprepared.com), our client portal, and our services.
Protected health information is governed by the Business Associate Agreement, not this policy. We use it only to provide our services, only the minimum necessary, and we never sell it. Emails from us never include patient details.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Only the service providers we need to operate, each bound to protect it: Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, and data storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (account emails), Calendly (booking calls), and Google Analytics (website statistics). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
The portal stores sign-in information in your browser so you stay signed in. Our website uses Google Analytics cookies. We don't use advertising cookies.
For as long as you are a client, and then as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting records. Patient information is returned or destroyed as the Business Associate Agreement describes.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and role-based permissions so each person sees only what they should. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify you of a breach as the law and our agreements require.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing leadership@platformprepared.com. Some records must be kept for legal or tax reasons.
If we change this policy, we'll update the version date above and tell clients in the portal.
